When I received the request from Greetz come in as an interim project manager and manage 12 media campaigns from concept to finalisation within 12 weeks I knew it was going to be a superb challenge.
I was the central pin in the operation, working with Greetz Marketing (specifically the Brand team) and multiple external agencies. Aside from a very full timeline I managed all reviews, feedback rounds, approvals, finalisation and delivery. I supported the team in keeping an overview, ensure consistency and manage any impromptu bombs that would go off.
The 14 campaigns that were eventually delivered contained a wide range of media and advertising: TV, Radio, online display, out of home and print.
I’m proud of what we managed to achieve and hope to work with the fabulous Greetzers again some time in the future!
