Digital Project Management
When I joined Takeaway Pay I was met with a conceptual plan, wanting to build & launch a platform allowing companies to provide their employees with credit to purchase food on Takeaway.com in Europe.
From day 1 I project managed a wide range of projects: the build of the Takeaway Pay platform, marketing, the development of all sales processes, integrations of the Salesforce system with internal and external stakeholders and the training, documentation & implementation of all processes internally.
I thoroughly enjoyed working on this project and it’s wonderful to see something I built a foundation for grow to great product!
Process development
Working closely with the Director and the Head of Sales of Corporate Services I developed and implemented all sales processes. This included:
Salesforce build to guide agents through the sales funnel from Lead to Closed Won/Lost, automating many tasks such as:
Conditional approval gates
Generation & signature process of legal documents such as contracts including bespoke commercial agreements.
Integration with internal back-end data systems in order to automate the sign-up process for potential customers.
Third party integration
Not only did I manage the build of the Takeaway Pay platform; I also managed the integration and implementation of third party solutions.
This included establishing briefing, contract negotiations, development of the integrations, implementation and training of the solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Not only did the integration of these services gain great efficiencies, it was also part of managing & reporting risk.
