Digital Project Management
Toen ik bij Takeaway Pay startte lag er een conceptueel plan op tafel, waarin Takeaway.com een platform wilden creëren waarop bedrijven hun werknemers krediet konden aanbieden waarmee op Takeaway.com eten besteld kon worden.
Vanaf dag 1 heb ik talloze projecten gemanaged: de bouw van het Takeaway Platform zelf, marketing, het ontwikkelen van alle sales processen, integraties van Salesforce en andere externe en interne partijen, en het trainen & implementeren van al deze processen.
Ik heb met ontzettend veel plezier aan dit product gewerkt en kijk met trots toe hoe iets waarvan ik de basis heb mogen leggen uitgroeit tot een geweldig product!
Process development
Working closely with the Director and the Head of Sales of Corporate Services I developed and implemented all sales processes. This included:
Salesforce build to guide agents through the sales funnel from Lead to Closed Won/Lost, automating many tasks such as:
Conditional approval gates
Generation & signature process of legal documents such as contracts including bespoke commercial agreements.
Integration with internal back-end data systems in order to automate the sign-up process for potential customers.
Third party integration
Not only did I manage the build of the Takeaway Pay platform; I also managed the integration and implementation of third party solutions.
This included establishing briefing, contract negotiations, development of the integrations, implementation and training of the solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Not only did the integration of these services gain great efficiencies, it was also part of managing & reporting risk.
